Implementação do turismo sustentável: Barreiras e políticas

Abstract

O presente estudo de mestrado analisou as causas das barreiras para a implementação bem- sucedida do turismo sustentável, destacando uma evolução na perceção dos participantes. Os resultados indicam um crescente reconhecimento da importância de uma visão a longo prazo, integração governamental e uma redução da carga burocrática como elementos fundamentais para enfrentar os desafios que afetam a implementação do turismo sustentável. Além disso, o estudo enfatiza a necessidade de maior clareza nas medidas e políticas sustentáveis, juntamente com uma crescente ênfase da integração das políticas na política do governo, proporcionando novos insights que podem enriquecer as estratégias de desenvolvimento sustentável no setor de turismo.

The present master's study analyzed the causes of barriers to the successful implementation of sustainable tourism, highlighting an evolution in the participants' perception. The results indicate a growing recognition of the importance of a long-term vision, government integration, and a reduction in bureaucratic burden as fundamental elements in addressing the challenges affecting the implementation of sustainable tourism. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the need for greater clarity in sustainable measures and policies, along with an increasing emphasis on policy integration in government policy, providing new insights that can enrich strategies for sustainable development in the tourism sector.
